30 Minute Butt- Buster

I'd already be a millionaire if I got paid every time someone asked me about my booty or workout regimen. In the words of Big Sean, it bounces back so YES it's real.... Unfortunately, my booty was a blessing from God and my mom's genetic pool....BUT I can promise you with a good diet and some booty building exercises you'll be on your way to happier more fit you! A perky little booty is better than a small flat one (Little booties matter too)! Anywho, here's a few of my favorite workouts that keep my stomach on flat flat and my booty on wassss dat!

This 30-minute workout can be total body workout with a focus on glutes and thighs. Remember to always keep your core tight and squeeze those cheecks so you can build those muscles! Be prepared to feel a little sore the next morning :) And if you don't... keep repeating this workout every day but add more reps!

The Ladder:

  1. Jumping Jacks 
  2. Standing Side Kicks
  3. Donkey Kicks
  4. Straight Leg Pulses
  5. Bent Knee Side Kicks

I've done a short video to show you how to do each of these moves! The kicker about the ladder: you start at 10 and keep going through this list until you do 1 of each! For example, your first set should be 10x reps, your second set should be 9x reps... and so on and so forth! If you're feeling really adventurous you can include squats or burpees, right after the jumping jacks (mine were shameful so they didn't make the video).
